Yes. Our inflatable units are made from lead-free commercial vinyl and meet industry safety standards. Safety is our top priority, and every unit is inspected before each rental.
Our bounce house rentals are perfect for birthday parties, school events, church festivals, block parties, company picnics, grand openings, family reunions, and summer camps.
Only water slides are designed for water use. Standard bounce houses should not be used with water unless they are specifically designed as water units.
No. Our inflatables can be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, or turf depending on the setup location. Proper anchoring will be used to ensure safety.
Yes. Bounce houses require electricity to power the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. If your event location does not have an outlet nearby, We Jump LLC also offers generator rentals to safely power your bounce house.
Prices include set-up and removal.
Delivery will be the date before (9 AM-4 PM) or the morning of your event (7 AM – 12:00 PM). Pickup is the following day. For special Arrangements please give us a call 781-591-2460
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If paying with cash, please have the exact amount ready, as our drivers do not carry cash or provide change.

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental, and it can be paid by credit card. Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled by 8:00 AM on the day of your event.
Please call or email us before 8:00 AM on the day of your event if you need to cancel your rental. We do deliver units in light rain. However, for safety reasons, we will not deliver or set up a moonwalk if winds exceed 25 mph.
The dimensions of each unit are listed in the product description on our website. Please allow at least 2 feet of clearance on each side of the bounce house, jumper, water slide, obstacle course, or tent to ensure a safe installation and proper operation.

Our drivers and delivery staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will be wearing a We Jump LLC t-shirt. Please feel to ask our delivery team any questions you may have.
All we need is a garden hose connected to a water supply at the setup location to operate the water slide.
Yes. All units come in different sizes. We will gladly work with you to determine whether the rental you selected will fit properly at your event location.
Safety is our number one priority. While some companies allow customers to pick up and set up their own rentals, we believe that professional installation is essential for safe operation. For this reason, our team personally delivers, sets up, and picks up every rental. During setup, our staff carefully evaluates the setup area and uses the correct power cords, connections, straps, stakes, tie-downs, and anchors to properly secure the inflatable. This ensures that every unit is installed safely and operates correctly throughout your event.
