I contacted WEJUMP via a phone call and the call was returned within an hour. On our event day, I had to make some minor adjustments and they were very accommodating. They showed up, set up, disinfected the equipment and had us ready to bounce at the start time. As the event ended, they showed back up and had the area cleaned up in about 30 minutes. Everything was done with a smile and great attitude. These guys have this mastered. I will definitely use them again next year!

We had a perfect experience renting from “we jump.” All emails were answered quickly and the owner was very kind and helpful! The bounce house was set up promptly and quickly. The bounce house was clean and even better in person. The kids had the best time and used the bounce house the entire day. They loved the slide. I would absolutely rent again.

My mom rented this bounce house but it rained that date. They transferred the reservation to a different location so we could use it for my son’s 5th birthday months later. I rented from 2-6 on a Sat. They came early- around 1230 to set up and said we could keep it until Monday without an additional charge. My son had the best bday ever and the next day got to jump more!!

We rented an inflatable obstacle course from We Jump LLC for our Halloween party, and it was a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved it and had a blast the entire time. I rented a bouncy castle with attached slide for our annual neighborhood block party which was originally rained out. I was able to easily reschedule to the following weekend which was a huge positive. They delivered, setup, cleaned it, and then took it down. It was a great experience and hope to rent with them again next year.

Everything was great! Easy set up. Only problem I had was in the contract I was told the bounce house was cleaned and sanitized but I received the bounce house covered in water and had dirt inside. Other than that, it was good, would rent again.
