Everything was great! Easy set up. Only problem I had was in the contract I was told the bounce house was cleaned and sanitized but I received the bounce house covered in water and had dirt inside. Other than that, it was good, would rent again.

Ruben was extremely friendly, accommodating and generous! He is an expert and it shows! Equipment delivered as expected, no rips, defects or malfunction, cleaned at site post set up and picked up in the same fashion. I will definitely be using them again! My mom rented this bounce house but it rained that date. They transferred the reservation to a different location so we could use it for my son’s 5th birthday months later. I rented from 2-6 on a Sat. They came early- around 1230 to set up and said we could keep it until Monday without an additional charge. My son had the best bday ever and the next day got to jump more!!

I rented a bouncy castle with attached slide for our annual neighborhood block party which was originally rained out. I was able to easily reschedule to the following weekend which was a huge positive. They delivered, setup, cleaned it, and then took it down. It was a great experience and hope to rent with them again next year.

I contacted WEJUMP via a phone call and the call was returned within an hour. On our event day, I had to make some minor adjustments and they were very accommodating. They showed up, set up, disinfected the equipment and had us ready to bounce at the start time. As the event ended, they showed back up and had the area cleaned up in about 30 minutes. Everything was done with a smile and great attitude. These guys have this mastered. I will definitely use them again next year!
