Everything was great! Easy set up. Only problem I had was in the contract I was told the bounce house was cleaned and sanitized but I received the bounce house covered in water and had dirt inside. Other than that, it was good, would rent again.

I contacted WEJUMP via a phone call and the call was returned within an hour. On our event day, I had to make some minor adjustments and they were very accommodating. They showed up, set up, disinfected the equipment and had us ready to bounce at the start time. As the event ended, they showed back up and had the area cleaned up in about 30 minutes. Everything was done with a smile and great attitude. These guys have this mastered. I will definitely use them again next year!

My mom rented this bounce house but it rained that date. They transferred the reservation to a different location so we could use it for my son’s 5th birthday months later. I rented from 2-6 on a Sat. They came early- around 1230 to set up and said we could keep it until Monday without an additional charge.
