Bounce House Safety & Rules

Site Requirements

To ensure a safe event, please review our bounce house safety rules and site requirements before delivery. A minimum space of 17’ × 17’ is required for most bounce houses and 21’ × 21’ for combo units. The setup area must also have at least 19 feet of overhead clearance, free from tree branches, power lines, or other obstacles. The installation area must be flat and level. Grass is the preferred surface, but we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces when appropriate anchoring is available. The setup location must be clean and clear of debris, including stones, sticks, sharp objects, and animal waste. Each inflatable requires a standard 120-volt electrical outlet. The blower must remain plugged in and running during the entire time the unit is in use. Please ensure there is clear access to the setup area. Gates, walkways, and pathways must be at least 3 feet wide to allow our team to safely transport and install the equipment. IMG 6844 4 Safety & Rules

Bounce House Safety Rules & Guidelines

Inflatable units depend on constant airflow from the blower to remain inflated. If power is interrupted, the unit will lose air quickly. Please make sure the blower remains connected at all times. The blower should be connected to an outlet that is on its own electrical circuit. Avoid plugging other appliances into the same circuit, as this could overload the breaker and cause the unit to deflate. If a breaker trips or a fuse blows, the inflatable may deflate quickly and could frighten or potentially injure participants. Children should always be supervised to prevent accidental unplugging of the blower. We provide two extension cords connected to separate circuits when possible. If power is lost, switch the blower to the backup cord that remains active. Afterward, determine what caused the overload and remove that device before resetting the breaker. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use. Never exceed the recommended number of occupants, and remain nearby to assist children if power is interrupted. Following these bounce house safety rules helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Things to Avoid

Based on previous customer experiences, here are some situations that may cause the unit to lose power: • Plugging the inflatable into the garage outlet and then using the garage door opener, which can trip the breaker. • Connecting the unit to the same circuit as a pool pump or pool filter, which may activate automatically and overload the circuit. • Running the extension cord through a window where appliances such as air conditioners or vacuum cleaners may be used on the same circuit. • Plugging into an outdoor outlet connected to a wall switch, which someone may accidentally turn off. To avoid interruptions, please ensure the blower is connected to a dedicated outlet whenever possible. bounce house safety rules

Delivery & Pickup

Our goal is to deliver your rental the day before your event between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or the morning of your event between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, safety and proper setup are always our priority. Our team will never rush a delivery and will make sure you are completely satisfied with the placement and condition of the inflatable before leaving your location. For events Monday through Friday, we return the following morning to pick up the equipment. For events held Saturday or Sunday, pickup will take place on Monday morning. If your event is held at a venue that requires same-day pickup, arrangements can be made in advance. You will receive a confirmation call prior to delivery, and at that time we will provide an estimated arrival window based on our scheduled deliveries for the day. To help us provide efficient service, we kindly ask that you review these guidelines and determine the setup location before our arrival. For additional inflatable safety recommendations you can review the guidelines from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
